【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60110isapplicablebothtoindoorcapacitorunitsandindoorcapacitorbanksintendedtobeused,particularly,forpowerfactorcorrectionininductionheating,melting,stirringorcastinginstallations,andsimilarapplicationswithcontrolledoradjustablea.c.voltagesystemsinafrequencyrangeupto50kHz,andwitharatedvoltagenotexceeding3,6kV.AdditionalrequirementsforcapacitorsprotectedbyinternalelementfusesaregiveninIEC60110-2.Thefollowingcapacitorsareexcludedfromthisstandard:-seriescapacitorsforpowersystems(seeIEC60143);-capacitorsformotorapplicationsandthelike(seeIEC60252);-couplingcapacitorsandcapacitordividers(seeIEC60358);-shuntpowercapacitorsoftheself-healingtypefora.c.systemshavingaratedvoltageuptoandincluding1000V(seeIEC60831);-shuntcapacitorsfora.c.powersystemshavingaratedvoltageabove1000V(seeIEC60871);-shuntcapacitorsofthenon-self-healingtypefora.c.systemshavingaratedvoltageuptoandincluding1000V(seeIEC60931);-smalla.c.capacitorstobeusedforfluorescentanddischargelamps(seeIEC61048andIEC61049);-capacitorstobeusedinpowerelectroniccircuits(seeIEC61071);-capacitorsformicrowaveovens(seeIEC61270);-capacitorsforsuppressionofradiointerference(underconsideration);-capacitorsintendedforusewithd.c.voltagesuperimposedonthea.c.voltage.Accessoriessuchasinsulators,switches,instrumenttransformers,fuses,etc.,shallbeinaccordancewiththerelevantIECstandards.Theobjectofthisstandardis:a)toformulateuniformrulesregardingperformance,testingandrating;b)toformulatespecificsafetyrules;c)toprovideaguideforinstallationandoperation.
