【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverscylindricaltanksfabricatedbyfilamentwindingforabove-groundverticalinstallation,tocontainaggressivechemicalsatatmosphericpressureasclassifiedherein,andmadeofacommercial-gradepolyesterorvinylesterresin.Includedarerequirementsformaterials,properties,design,construction,dimensions,tolerances,workmanship,andappearance.1.2Thisspecificationdoesnotcoverthedesignofvesselsintendedforpressureaboveatmospheric,vacuumconditions,exceptasclassifiedherein,orvesselsintendedforusewithliquidsheatedabovetheirflashpoints.1.3Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.Note1-Specialdesignconsiderationshouldbegiventovesselssubjecttosuperimposedmechanicalforces,suchasearthquakes,windload,oragitation,andtovesselssubjecttoservicetemperatureinexcessof180176F(82176C),andtovesselswithunsupportedbottoms.Note2-ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.1.4Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section11,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
