【摘要】:EachFacilityRatingScale(seeFigs.1-5)inthisclassificationprovidesameanstoestimatethelevelofserviceabilityofabuildingorfacilityforonetopicofserviceabilityandtocomparethatlevelagainstthelevelofanyotherbuildingorfacility.Thisclassificationcanbeusedforcomparinghowwelldifferentbuildingsorfacilitiesmeetaparticularrequirementforserviceability.Itisapplicabledespitedifferencessuchaslocation,structure,mechanicalsystems,age,andbuildingshape.Thisclassificationcanbeusedtoestimatethefollowing:4.3.1Serviceabilityofanexistingfacilityforusesotherthanitspresentuse.4.3.2Serviceability(potential)ofafacilitythathasbeenplannedbutnotyetbuilt.4.3.3Serviceability(potential)ofafacilityforwhichremodelinghasbeenplanned.Useofthisclassificationdoesnotresultinbuildingevaluationordiagnosis.Buildingevaluationordiagnosisgenerallyrequiresaspecialexpertiseinbuildingengineeringortechnologyandtheuseofinstruments,tools,ormeasurements.Thisclassificationappliesonlytofacilitiesthatarebuildingconstructions,orpartsthereof.(Whilethisclassificationmaybeusefulinratingtheserviceabilityoffacilitiesthatarenotbuildingconstructions,suchfacilitiesareoutsidethescopeofthisclassification.)Thisclassificationisnotintendedfor,andisnotsuitablefor,useforregulatorypurposesnorforfirehazardassessmentnorforfireriskassessment.1.1Thisclassificationcoverspairsofscalesforclassifyinganaspectoftheserviceabilityofanofficefacility,thatis,thecapabilityofanofficefacilitytomeetcertainpossiblerequirementsforcleanliness.1.2Withinthataspectofserviceability,eachpairofscales,shownin,areforclassifyingonetopicofserviceability.EachparagraphinanOccupantRequirementScale(see)summarizesonelevelofserviceabilityonthattopic,whichoccupantsmightrequire.ThematchingentryintheFacilityRatingScale(see)isatranslationoftherequirementintoadescriptionofcertainfeaturesofafacilitywhich,takenincombination,indicatethatthefacilityislikelytomeetthatlevelofrequiredserviceability.1.3TheentriesintheFacilityRatingScale(see)areindicativeandnotcomprehensive.Theyareforquickscanningandratingafacilityandnotforevaluatingordiagnosingit.1.4Thisclassificationcanbeusedtoestimatethelevelofserviceabilityofanexistingfacility.Itcanalsobeusedtoestimatetheserviceabilityofafacilitythathasbeenplannedbutnotyetbuilt,suchasoneforwhichsingle-linedrawingsandoutlinespecificationshavebeenprepared.1.5Thisclassificationindicateswhatwouldcauseafacilitytoberatedatacertainlevelofserviceabilitybutdoesnotstatehowtoconductaserviceabilityratingnorhowtoassignaserviceabilityscore.ThatinformationisfoundinPracticeE1334.ThescalesinthisclassificationarecomplimentarytoandcompatiblewithPracticeE1334.Eachrequirestheother.
